Well, I have to admit the Pearl District is a great legacy and has excellent appeal, just not at these Bubble prices. It will be an interesting canary in the mine shaft to observe. Went into my first museum masquerading as a grocery store there, Whole Foods, another amazing Bubble phenomena, among others. I wouldn't buy anything because of the prices, and I'm wealthy (but cheap). It's real money (and not credit) for me I guess, so a different mindset.
