It is plain to see that Abbas cannot shut down the terrorists so long as they know that they (the terrorists) can shut him down any old time they like -- why?

If he can just be shut down without even saying "boo", even promising to nurture and protect the very guys who are shutting him down, what is he?

It takes two to tango. Let Abbas make one positive move, let him even declare his intent to take control of all of Fatah and order a halt to Fatah's terror, then you will see me jump all over Sharon if he doesn't respond positively. But I've had it with Palestinian "leaders" who order & deplore the terror in one breath, and with their useful fools like you who enable this behavior by insisting that they should be rewarded for it.
