Some very aggressive selling pitches, similar to those reported in Les Vegas, are being employed in Florida. Thus, topping, if not end game, is near in Florida as well.

They took out a two-page ad for the trump condos in today's Times, declaring that very few will have the "privilege" of living there.

I don't think sharing downtown Tampa with the homeless people is all that much of a privilege.
