Not if you read this morning's paper. About 10 new condominium complexes are being planned along the Manatee River and in Bradenton and the Gulf. The are huge. The starting prices are at $ 500.000 I hate to think of what the population impact will have on what was once a charming place to live. Bradenton is North by one mile of Sarasota.

The traffic alone as one has to cross causeways to even get to these new developments. All have started construction and all have been practically sold out.

Meanwhile the bankruptcy list in the paper today goes on for three pages. The largest that I have ever seen. Are we in good times ?
