Folks, in case you haven't noticed, it is 2005. 70 years later, we have learned one hell of a lot about finance and how to structure portfolios that maximize returns based on asset mix, reallocation, time horizon, and a whole host of other factors. To ignore 70 years of learning and refuse to upgrade our social security system is criminal.
