There are a few things that are sure about the markets... the first is that they are unpredictable. The second is that when you have a sure bet... it's always wrong. I've forgotten more about the markets than you ever knew. I will guarantee that if you have a defined system that invests $Billions, the markets will conspire to scam the system. I would short whatever SS is long, without fear. That said, regardless of how naive and childish you are, it's not the major point. The point is that we can't afford privatization, period. John
