It was there, it was law, but disappeared under the Republicans. You've got to get past this Republican/Democrat bull shit... it's just marketing. I don't believe the Reps are better than the Dems or the Dems are better than the Reps, it's all in the actions.

The people who serve this country the best are pragmatists, not ideologues. The guys who have an agenda are prejudiced, and don't react to reality.

All this Dem/Rep Conservative/Liberal crap clouds the issues and defeats solutions. But there are a whole lot of folks that make a living marketing those political "brands".

SS is easy. Private accounts can wait until we can afford them. The country needs to become solvent before we can splurge on another debt program.
