I was thinking more of a basic individual revocable living trust. I really haven't read much up on the various marital trusts.

My biggest concern is on my ex-wife managing my children's monies and avoiding probate. She hasn't a clue one when it comes to managing money.

BTW, when a person uses the term "General" power of attorney exactly what do they mean. Is this much different from an attorney-in-fact for finances?
