For better or for worse, I believe like Powell does: "If you break it, you own it." And we own it now. So we need to fix it before we leave. First of all, we didn't break anything. If anything, we unleashed what Saddam had subjugated. Secondly, we don't own Iraq.......if we claimed we did, we would encounter more difficulty than we already do. Thirdly, its not us that can fix Iraq; only the Iraqis can do that. It is arrogant of us to think otherwise. ted
