George: I'm with you. Here are my guesses from an old post that tried to distribute the migration to T. The numbers are in thousands of patient years (one patient on T for a full year). 05 06 07 08 36 110 185 260 thousand patient years This is ms only, implies about $5 billion sales for 08. I'll have fun seeing how close I come. Hope I'm low. Even tho these are guesses, I like my numbers better than what I've seen from various other sources. fred
