They've never controlled to GA house before. Ever. So, no.

But the GOP has controlled the GA senate for two years and, yes, they HAVE appointed blacks to committee chairmanships.

Just as in the case of Bush's cabinet, the record speaks favorably of GOP color-blindness in making appointments.

the Bush Admin are meaningless, since most of them are
