WASHINGTON (AFX) -- Treasury Secretary John Snow expressed confidence Wednesday the Bush administration would be able to work with Congress on President Bush's plan to overhaul Social Security after a top Republican lawmaker called the plan a "dead horse" a day earlier. "We're just beginning the broad national dialogue and the engagement with the Congress," Snow told reporters at the Treasury Department after a swearing-in ceremony for newly installed Treasurer Anna Escobedo Cabral. Snow said he hoped to have Social Security "legislation moving" by July
