The difficulty with $240 pricing for Smithfield from an AMD point of view is that Intel can make >20M Smithfield chips a quarter if it so chooses, while AMD cannot make >3M dual core chips, at least I don't think they can, which would only match the current overall market share.

Unless plans have changed, AMD isn't targeting more than that in the desktop dual core market this year.
