You are right. In a choice between anarchy and democracy, we should choose freedom. If we walk away from Iraq now, it will devolve temporarily into anarchy, and then into a new brutal dictatorship. We have a chance to stay for long enough to make a difference in peoples lives. If we leave we will make a different sort of difference.

How sad it is to know that there are Americans who wish to discard a whole country witha flip comment and sentence them to poverty and death.
