Hey Ted, two WA state questions:

1) Is Gregorie (sp?) still going to be governor? Is Rossi still calling for a revote?

2) How's the real estate market and rental housing rates there? Here in the O.C., the median house price just hit a new high (after going up and down for months). Not only that, but rental rates are also going up, which is taking a toll on lower-income people who can't afford a new home, especially one here.

LOL. Did you forget the 28% return of 2003 and the 10% return of 2004? Not bad for an economy recovering from the hangover from the greatest speculative boom since 1929, recovering from 9/11, and recovering from a war. Not bad at all. And btw, 2005 is far from over. I bet that 2005 will be a repeat of 2004...another 10% return. Not bad at all.
