Okay, now I see you are saying something different from what I thought you were saying. Sometimes when I am posting I am multi-tasking, so it is quite possible for me to misunderstand without it being intentional or malicious. "The most effective natural consequence for a child's behavior it the approval/disapproval of their parent." I still don't agree with the statement, but it is a different statement from what I thought you were saying, which was that approval/disapproval of the parent was a very important child rearing tool. I am so tired I can't think straight. So perhaps I still don't understand.
