Most interesting vignette, CB....Didn't think I knew what shwarmas were, so looked on google images...and see they are somewhat similar to the idea of taco's....except with soft flat bread, and probably lamb and onions...mushrooms? Right? I'd probably turn vegan if I had to slaughter Lamie....
