There are two peoples with rights to those lands, and the people you class as "indigenous" are actually latecomers, compared to the others. It is a remarkable blindness which says "indigenous has rights, nationhood has rights, old claims have rights, self-determination is the right of every people - but wait, I wasn't talking about the Jews, it doesn't work that way for Jews, are you kidding me?"

Besides which, all this misses the rather salient point that Israel exists, and is far more successful as a country than the Arab basket cases around it. America wasn't exactly born in pure respect for "the indigenous" either (or Canada either for that matter), I don't hear any cries to dissolve the country.
