Is Wilsoniansm now "Right"? That was a very Wilsonian address yesterday, so much so that many conservatives like Peggy Noonan had trouble digesting it. The Republicans have taken over optimism and vision for the future, the Democrats have become reactionary - and spent the last election in thrall to their Michael Moore left-wingers to boot. They've lost the Center, and will need some new ideas to reclaim it, because it's a different world from 1992 when Clinton ran.
