Very true, but what if he were able to have the best of both worlds? Lots of others "ID's" agreeing with him. Building the reputation seemed very important to him as others have pointed out here repeatedly.

And of course what he said as A@P would have far greater influence than anything he might have posted using another alias.

AP would have employed multiple aliases so he could control the discussion, just moderating booting and banning not enough. Through the appearance of multiple "people" he could give different reasons for pursuing his intended course of action.

Anyone who posted about losing money was banned. There were quite a few who popped up, and you could find many instances where Amr called shorts way too early.

Thing is, I can't recall any of Tony's "clients" complaining of losing money, so your analogy doesn't really apply.

Right now, and why I'm very interested in this case, is that a US Attorney is finally standing up for those who were defrauded through an IA site and SI by a RICO enterprise.
