AUSA has now laid the groundwork for further indictments, and I can tell you from my perspective this is one legal precedent that helps shed light on my own Texas federal court RICO claims against other so-called leaders in our industry. I'm very incredibly grateful to Kenneth Breen and his staff today.

Mind control, Scott, straight out of Orwell, anyone who disagrees is banned. That way, and through the fictitious identities, you create the illusion of a balanced discussion leading to only one conclusion: trust that particular messenger. TJ, jenna, AP, Berber and others all used these kinds of methods to lend support to enterprise schemes.

>>Right now, and why I'm very interested in this case, is that a US Attorney is finally standing up for those who were defrauded through an IA site and SI by a RICO enterprise.

From what I've seen, most if not all of the case was made on the basis of what occurred on his private site, not what happened on public message boards.

Did I read that right? 300 subscribers at $600 per month? Wow, that was some serious cash flow!

Oh yes, I know he did that, and never understood why he wasn't more patient. But that'd kind of short a hole in the front-running charge, wouldn't it?
