I think it is really hateful to brainwash small children, or involve them in demonstrations, either. A six-year-old at a peace demonstration who was with his parents was hurt by the police in the town where I live several years ago. I cannot remember if it was a rubber bullet or pepper spray or something else, but I don't think small children really belong at demonstrations, which can turn violent in a flash.

I am so conflicted on this abortion remains issue I don't know which way to turn. I doubt that doctors or abortion clinic staff would ever be allowed to ask whether the the mother wanted the remains cremated or buried or whatever. I think that would probably be considered intimidation of some sort at a time when a woman is already extremely stressed out. I think any reminder that a baby is dying would be considered in very bad taste at that point. I think I have joined the little grey person group. I hope they serve a delicious assortment of cookies and fruit punch at their monthly meetings!
