Fair inference from the indictment and public statements, no? I'd say there are about a dozen people who posted prominently here in the past that if they or their counsel were not on the phone to Mr. Breen the second the verdicts were announced, well, what do you think? After this judgment AUSA is not going to pursue the other guilty parties without which the racketeering enterprise would never have succeeded? There is no way Tony could have succeeded without substantial help from other traders. As I'm sure are many here, I'm interested to see where that leads.
