They don't deserve leniency but can you see my point? There are ways to make the outcome extremely painful without tossing them in jail. The costs for them would be far greater by imposing some of my solutions and the cost to the taxpayer would be nothing. These are white collar thugs and white collar thugs should be hit with pain that impacts white collar criminals. Blue collar thugs, in many cases, have no money and plenty of time so we take their freedom away. Taking 3-6 months of freedom away from these white collar idiots doesn't hurt them enough. Taking away their right to vote, money, forcing a year of community service and house arrest would be far more painful.

mph, I am in complete agreement with you. These dlots should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. One can only hope that the DA and the courts will play it that way. - Holly
