Your posts don't make sense if you are talking about this trial. Given the scope and the amount of time involved in preparation, I'll bet that many of the staff and Breen now knows as much about how the market works as you and I and almost any poster here.

It's the nature of the game. If someone is involved in a complicated trial that takes years to prepare, they learn the subject to the point that they know the business. This was a high profile case.

I'm not a strong defender of government and you can find many posts of mine where I talk about how ineffiecient government is and, in particular, the court system.

However, in this case and in most high profile cases, the prosecutors know their stuff so posts that they "had it out for someone," or that they had no idea how the stock business operates, are just absurd, and that's being polite.
