Is that any different than if I, or anyone else, posed as say Rick Sherlund, the Goldman Sachs software analyst? Or posing as Jim Cramer? Or any analyst, stock picker, etc.

Steve, how come I have given you detailed answers far beyond a simple yes or no, and you have yet to answer a single one of my questions? Not a one. Let's try once again: 1. Did you ever trade for your own or a proprietary account a securities recommendation you made in affiliation or association with Anthony Elgindy, a.k.a. Anthony@Pacific, Tony, AP, Anthony? 2. Did you ever execute a securities transaction before a recommendation in that security was issued publicly to InsideTruth.com and/or Silicon Investor members? 3. Did you ever cover a short position, i.e. purchase to return a borrowed security, while recommending to InsideTruth.com or SI members to short-sell the same security, in other words, did you ever recommend to InsideTruth.com or SI members that they should take a position in a security directly opposite to your own? Now, if your accusations were well-founded, I'm sure Berber, Moor and/or Rea would have made them in federal court. And yet they've had now going on three years to file these kinds of allegations in court, and they have not. Now why would that be? One thing posting on a board; another filing statements in court, where there are serious consequences. By the way, I've called Berber, Moor, Rea and TP criminals, using that word, in federal court. No counterclaims filed by the defendants, though. No answer to my allegations. Just evasion and delay; kind of like what you're doing.
