If you take that as the model of torture, than we are in agreement, there is no sense to skinning people. I have not examined where the line between acceptable interrogation techniques and "torture" would be drawn, because I didn't want an endless argument. However, I am contemplating something more like beating someone in a manner calculated to maximize pain and minimize injury. Further, as I have reiterated, I am not recommending it as a standard interrogation technique, but in an emergency situation.......
