So Turion 64 and E0 are not a "sign" and not "anytime soon"? Sure this would balance the scale at least a bit wouldn't you agree?

Yeah, no signs at all, Keith. None, really. It's not like AMD will be offering a 64-bit 25W part with better sleep states and chipset support to go up against Intel's new 27W Dothan II stuff, or anything.
