Thats bull shit. US has fessed up to past mistakes. The fact we continue to make mistakes has more to do with being human and unlike you apparently imperfect, than anything else. You are right about the Japanese however. Unlike the Germans they have never taken ownership of the things they did in China and to our POWs for that matter. Guantanamo is a paradise compared to Japanese POW camps and i agree that there were plenty of sadists among them. If it wasnt for MacArthur and the word got out, the miracle of modern Japan may not have happened as the american people might have demanded vengeance.
