Berber - and keep in mind I'm talking Berber here, HE directed this - earned his money engaging in a pattern of mail and wire fraud that targeted traders for ruin. His earnings were a direct result of his repeated and consistent pattern of bribery in order to influence the trading decisions of IA clients. His fortune is the direct result of his racketeering activities.

Did you know that Berber was never licensed as a broker? Well, he was not, but he was required to be. Leslie Moor? Also, never licensed. Problem there.

Berber is not a clever business man, Dave; he's a criminal, as I intend to prove in a court of law. Before the deception and bribery reached its zenith the unlicensed broker Berber was no great success, which I'll also prove. He created nothing; he destroyed, which I intend to demonstrate. Similar to Elgindy, Berber's public face as a great entrepreneur and benefactor is the Picture of Dorian Gray - the truth, the up until now concealed, accurate picture of of him, is very ugly.
