Don't underestimate the Burden of Proof BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. The effort put into this case is enormous. Someone on the other thread commented that Breen and his assistants don't know the subject and specifically about trading. He made it sound like they just kind of wing it and decided to just pick on these guys because they were obsessed or something like that. This could not be further from the reality. It's sad that trials cost so much because of this. Tony probably spent a million bucks or more on his attorneys. The government, with its burden, understands how difficult its job is and, in this case, appears to have been very well prepared.
