lol, none of these guys were "masterminds". I do think Cleveland was the "prime mover", so to speak. Once again, unless the journalists got it completely wrong, initially Royer and Cleveland conspired to make money using Royer's information. Having failed to do so, they offered Royer's info to Tony.

Did Tony think that was okay? I think so. Should he have been more cautious? Of course. But is that a crime? I don't think it's a black/white issue. You seem to think everything is black/white, except for your own past actions.
