In an enterprise, what makes it so insidious, is that it feeds on itself if not checked. That is supposedly one of the reasons for the RICO statute.

The FBI info was important because it guaranteed succeessful calls and trades, which got more followers, which made future attacks more likely to succeed, and more CEO's more likely to provide stock and so on and so forth.

I'm surprised to see Janice state that shorts often will take stock to call off an attack.
