I find it absurd, but not hard to believe. It's a food chain thing. Companies at that level have a different variety of lawyer than others. <g> Like AZNT, for example; the silliness that ravenseye keeps mentioning. The judge laughed that one out, I suspect you'll see something similar happen here. Some of those other guys don't seem to understand that a suit is just a filing fee, and nothing more in some cases.

It just shows you how litigious society has become on that wolf blitzer things. IF a judge does not imemdiately quash that with a scolding to the lawyer I will be even more surprised on one level but then again.
