A lot of companies will initiate that themselves. Just as an FYI, not speaking towards Tony's case. He may have extorted, or he may have been approached. Or, in differing cases, both.

"If it's true, I'm glad that it's now been shown to be a crime. Hopefully, this will stop this practice."

I would think it obvious.

The clucking in the hen house has become almost deafening, but it has been enlightening reading your posts. If the above was indeed common practice, I would hope more indictments are in the pipeline.
