With that said, I recall a "doctor" posting here years ago at SI about being in Kosovo with Tony and being appalled by the anti-American rhetoric Tony was spewing.

Seems funny everyone forgot about those posts when they talk about 911 links, I think the “doctor’s” posts were deleted, anyone else remember the post(s)?

Have to disagree with you. I believe if you read the summaries and then think about how trials work you'll understand.

Nobody pointed a finger and said, "X was involved in 9/11 or knew about 9/11."

A witness apparently responded that there was an investigation. There is nothing wrong with this so long as it is probative. The judge knew about this before hand. All the lawyers knew about it.

They all had their requests for rulings, their instructions and they all knew how far the questions would go and what the jury would be told. It was all very professional.

You can't assume that the federal trial court is run the way bashers run message boards.
