If your point was that David Evans inaccurately portrayed former Xybernaut executive Mark Bergman as a potential pump and dump artist, that would be contradicted by the SEC claiming he truly was:

sec.gov

If that wasn't your point, then perhaps you might think of doing less cutting and pasting and more cogitating.
