One of the things I remember about Cubs was a train trip. I don't know if you can find steam locos like we had, but it was cool. Went from Bakersfield up to Tehachapi, took a tour of the roundhouse, went to a little restaurant for lunch.

I think that might be the one.

They say we get to sleep in hammocks like the sailors did.

We also just reserved our camping spot for Memorial Day weekend.

We are heading back to that State Park in the Catskill Mountains
like last year. We had such a good time there.

Thoughts of camping may just help me make it through this winter
weather...
