I said the coalition Bush 41 formed for the Gulf War, the coalition you lauded, was responsible for keeping Saddam in power and not interfering with his actions after the cease fire, even those he then killed over 100,000 people. That was absolutely and directly the at the behest of the multilateral coalition, which had only okayed Saddam's removal from Kuwait, not a step more.
