Bush 41 had a reason to form a UN coalition -- it was by far the most effective way to deal with Saddam. You think Bush should have broken ranks with the coalition and gone on to Baghdad -- he didn't and wisely so. Bush made the call -- it was his decision and he wisely elected NOT to invade unilaterally.
