KFC uses the scrawniest chickens available, loaded with that disgusting larded crust...yucky doodle. Horrible.

I agree that KFC is horrible for your health. Even when our family ate meat, KFC was not allowed, period.

But what percentage of Americans are into their health enough to exclude KFC from their diet? I bet it isn't many. So I am happy that the Reverend Sharpton has taken up the cause. I think he has some influence in the black community, a huge consumer of KFC and other similar fried chicken distribution systems that cause a lot of animal cruelty.

I am really glad that he is championing chickens as poor creatures that we treat horrifically. I am hoping some people will start seeing them as animals with beating hearts, thoughts and feelings, and not just wings, breasts, thighs and drumsticks. A bucket of fried chicken is really gross and obscene when you start thinking like Sharpton does. I hope more people start seeing it that way.
