Hey, I'm all smiles as I'm willing to remind folks of just what is synonymous with the likes of you and your ad hominem laden tyrannical tirades of filth for arguments, where common sense should be employed instead.

Re: "chuckle about that one... and your pathetic, denial... and non-stop braying about how wrong we were... meanwhile, we shorted at 160's and the stock's at $3.16?"

No no, I bray about how criminal you are, first. How wrong you are just goes hand in hand with that. Did I mention your strongly implied and repeated ad nauseum false implications about the extent of the success of your own buys and sells involving TERN? Of course, if what you say now carries honest implications, then you certainly DID get in earlier (probably tOO much earlier than was comfortable for you, indeed) than your followers. You followed in step with the illegal pattern the Federal Judge in the TERN case has testified to discovering.

A question is, how long was it between the time you did in fact say on this site that you had "sold
Terayon way back when,(I accurately paraphrase, and "when" was probably in the 30's per share, or perhaps more than 10x the 3.16 you now use in your continued "tout" of yourself, as I recall)," and the time you actually had sold indeed?

A question is, did you - like the short sellers known to be involved and already "nabbed" in the case - have an interest in touting the TERN short due to a then currently badly LOSING short position? Did you sell short with them at 30? 40? 60? 80 125?...and still were losing, as they were (we all know and/or we can easily verify, that you concurrently abetted their efforts)?

Well, you did admit your selling, albeit after the fact, long before the stock hit so low as $3.16. I'd bet my hat you didn't short any relative much stock very near 160 - nor finally sell significantly closer - to $3.18. You folks were lucky to get a score at all, and can only bless the great Nasdaq rise and FALL (back in Clinton's time, mind you).

Yes, you didn't, to my knowledge, report your "getting out" in its time - not on this site (let alone the Terayon thread, as might seem appropriate) - to your "followers." And your silence as to how you came to tout the TERN short just when - as the Federal Judge discovered - a quite illegal (and justifiably, IMO) "short tout" scheme was afoot, is interesting indeed to witness here, if over and over again ad nauseum (I swear, worse than me and my wind, all in all).

Hey, Freedom Works, not your hooey for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Dan B.

No calls when I asked. Now you show that you're not up to the Boggle invitation, either. Still, I would never call you "stoopid," friend.

Thanks for confirming here that "Pluvia" in fact is a [shell?] corporation with many interests more than any one individual.

Now Tony and counsel, why don't you expose the criminal co-conspirators for what they are?. After the guilty verdicts, these displays of absolutely zilch remorse, in fact repeated and consistent, targeted efforts to continue RICO Enterprise activities, any new ones they might conjure, to through rampant deceit attempt to protect and advance them, IMHO deserve a sentence above the guidelines.

We Americans are very forgiving when someone admits and faces his or her wrongdoing; on the other hand, brazen and organized attempts to not only evade the consequences of previous crimes but set up further ones merit harsh penalties, no quarter given then. No remorse, then no sympathetic judgment.

Mr. Breen, I'm hoping you announce further indictments. If your staff has been reading the posts here, a little diplomacy and support will bring out honest people to support you. Tonight, one post, is a great start.

fyi, we shorted our entire position in the 160ish range. and covered in the 50's as i recall. your rants about "illegal this and that" stink of your typical stooopidity

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh say it t'aint so Mr P!

A lawsuit filed against Pluvia last year charged the message board poster is actually Steven Alan Keyser, a man with a list of legal difficulties that includes a shoplifting conviction, an IRS lien for back taxes and an outstanding arrest warrant in Las Vegas.

Yep, do'in crime bust'in bidness is tough with all those pesky distractions...........

In interviews, both Elgindy and the man claiming to be Pluvia have complained that questions about their individual legal difficulties and possible criminal backgrounds detract from the core of their message about stocks.

ahhhhhhhhh Mr P, we all thought you were the caring type?

Elgindy, however, said there's a big difference between himself and Pluvia.
"I'm a much better person than he is, even though I have a conviction," Elgindy said. "I care about people."
