I suspect, if all goes well in Iraq, we start drawing down troops within a couple of years. Then we'll have more time to focus on Iran. Or preferably, Europe finally does something worthwhile and negotiates a deal with Iran that the Western world can accept. But I wouldn't bet to much money on European success. They have proven themselves ineffective one too many times in the past.

If nukes are what you worry about, how can you wait two years?

????? A couple of YEARS if things go well??

How frickin' long does it take to train an Iraqi policeman??? Try 3 months. If they can't get trained in three months, they are never going to be able to secure their country.

The US's job in Iraq is ALMOST finished, we aren't supposed to police their country for a decade....
