No mention of Mike Hunt -- one of the top analysts covering the issue? You should dig deeper into that one. Something might turn up.

it was the same call. don't believe everything you read.

Unfortunatly the feds did nothing when millions and millions of dollars worth of stock were sold by the ceo, his brother and the cfo. THey sold the day after Cable-labs issued the cease and desist letter to TERN. That letter was certainly not public information.

So we have a case that allegedly has more attempts at manipulation than any of tony's little shit stocks, yet no RICO charge or manipulation charge. A case of more insider selling than martha stewart ever even thought about yet no insider selling charges and no disgorgement. A case that made national newspapers and is still in court on civil issues but not a single criminal charge. Guess the feds were too busy.
