I don't know them, but I seriously doubt Bob or Dave care that longshort substituted the word "ass" for "donkey" to make fun of soup al. If they have any sense of humor, and I'm sure they must or they'd be long gone from here, they'd probably say he set himself up for it - he invited the joke. He might as well have been running down the street with donkey ears shouting "HEE HAW!" at everyone he passed. Besides, everyone knows soup al is a jackass.
