The chart above is a custom chart that I to drew illustrate where I think LIMA is headed tomorrow.

The last time that the stock’s daily session traded well above the Bollinger Bands was in mid-November during a sell-off spike. Look at the yellow highlights that I placed in each indicator. All were in their extreme positions.

Now pan your eyes to the right of my chart and focus on my yellow highlights. Note that once again the stock has the same extreme over-bought technical setup as of today’s close.

LIMA has a better than 80% chance that is will repeat itself and sell off as it did in mid-November.

The sell-off will likely begin tomorrow. Support is at $4.
