Incredibly no liquidity being provided. $7 billion Fed repo matured, replaced with 3.5 b, no coupon pass. 14.5b outstanding is the lowest in several years.

The market has all the appearance of a smoke and mirror exercise (short covering?). I will be amazed if we don't end strongly in the red in a big ugly candlestick day.
