So they can pay $300k to a high school graduate for one year of govt work. Maybe a bankruptcy of the govt would be a good thing - it would eliminate this corruption over night : )

But govts aren't cutting back enough. I'd love to see more articles from our local newspaper targeting a few more overly paid govt workers so the system changes.

Very true, it seems. At least there's Ron Paul. I like the fact he speaks out. Disagree with him on many issues, but absolutely love how he stands up on issues. Hope he always remains in Congress just for this reason. Need more like him that can speak up.

Our local newspaper does a great job at identifying some of the corruption in govt.
