TERN ignored this warning and continued FOR MONTHS to fraudulently pump investors by claiming they were the next standard. it got so bad that DOCSIS was forced to serve TERN with a cease and desist letter. which TERN lied about receiving, (when asked directly) and failed to disclose to shareholders. meanwhile insiders sold millions of stock into their fraudulent pump. TERN also failed to disclose that for SCDMA to be included in DOCSIS as a standard, they would be required to give up all exclusivity by turning licensing over to docsis. thus, TERN had ZERO competitive advantage. had the public been provided full disclosure, we're fairly certain the stock wouldn't have been jacked to over $200 and thousands of shareholders screwed. >>You seem a likable guy at times, as I recall from our brief PM sessions long ago........yeah...you tried to let me in on what was coming by way of bad news for Terayon, and assure me S-CDMA (now in DOCSIS cable internet standard) was fools tech... . Just so people know you marched in lockstep with the bad guys (well, of COURSE it's very stinky/curious indeed, at the very least!) and rather than respond/reply at all, you preach ignoring this messengers message via 6th grade bully B.S. Believing in you is like believing in the tooth fairy, and hopefully one day far less likely to happen (yeah, to any child)! I hope people are hipsters here, LOL.
