How the chief executive can show clemency (excuse me, executive privilege) when his corporate mobster VP was meeting with the Enron executives months before the largest business bankruptcy in history is just inconceivable. How do you turn that into a 30 second sound bite though? How do you explain peak capacity and spot market pricing structures in the "regulated" electric industry? Requires knowledge that most voters just aren't privy to and have entrusted (foolishly) to their leaders. The people at SI are unusually savvy in this area as investors. Most ordinary people aren't.
